Policies Customers are welcome to visit our bindery to see our showroom and to discuss potential work. We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 12 noon. Cost estimates Rarely do we give cost estimates over the phone to new clients. Once we have seen a book or discussed an idea with you, we will be able to give a firm cost estimate. You are guaranteed fine work at a fair price. Time estimates We will give you a time estimate with the cost estimate. We make every effort to meet a time frame. Shipping Shipping charges both to and from the bindery are the responsibility of the client. Payment As we are a small company, full payment is due upon completion of work. Samples and proofs As an additional service, we will make samples and proofs upon request. The fee charged for the service will be credited to your order.
